How to install solar street lamps?

The installation of solar street light is divided into foundation casting, battery assembly installation, battery installation, lamp installation

The foundation casting

1. Determine the position of the lamp;
Geological survey, if the surface of 1.2 meters is all soft soil, then the excavation depth should be deepened;
At the same time, it should be confirmed that there are no other facilities (such as cables, pipes, etc.) below the excavation location, and there is no long-term shading object on the top of the street lamp, otherwise the location should be replaced appropriately.

⒉ In the position of the standing lamps and lanterns reserved (excavation) in line with the standard of 1 meter 3 pits;
Carry out positioning casting of embedded parts.
Embedded parts are placed in the middle of the square pit, one end of the PVC thread pipe is placed in the middle of the embedded parts, and the other end is placed in the storage battery (as shown in the figure above).
Pay attention to keep the embedded parts, foundation and the original ground in the same level (or the top of the screw and the original ground in the same level, according to the site needs), one side should be parallel to the road;
In this way, it can ensure that the lamp post is upright and not skewed.
Then to C20 concrete casting fixed, casting process or stop using vibrator vibration, to ensure the overall compactness, firmness.

3. After the completion of construction, clean the residual mud on the positioning plate in time, and clean the impurities on the bolts with waste oil.

It should be watered and maintained regularly during the solidification of the concrete.
When the concrete is completely solidified (generally more than 72 hours), the chandelier can be installed.

Battery assembly installation

The output positive and negative of the solar panel must take measures to avoid short connection before connecting to the controller.

The solar cell module and the bracket connection should be firm and reliable;

The output wires of the assembly should be protected from exposure and secured with ties.

The battery component should be oriented due south (the compass point shall be the criterion).

Battery installation

1. When the battery is placed in the control box, it must be handled gently to prevent the control box from being broken.

The connecting line between the battery must be bolted on the battery terminal and the copper gasket is used to enhance the electrical conductivity;

The output line should be connected to the battery and should not be short-connected under any circumstances to avoid damaging the battery.

The output line of the battery must pass through the PVC thread pipe when it is connected with the controller in the pole.

After the above, check the wiring at the controller end to prevent short circuit.
Close the door of the control box after normal operation.
